Wiping the Slate

We continue to write formulas on our chalk board of L.I.F.E.™ over the formulas of pain, hurt, and negative experiences of the past hoping for a new beginning. However, this jumbled pile of formulations continues to build up until we can’t follow the original formula to bring about success in our experience.

We have programmed ourselves to hold on to old L.I.F.E.™ formulas allowing them to become the pattern for new experiences. Sadly, they become the cycle for non-living, that brings forth more pain, and suffering as we hold on to the formulas of resentment and the pain and disappointments that we get stuck in creating a long list of why we believe things happen to us.

Cleaning Your Slate - Dr. Diva VerdunNon-living means you are simply attempting to follow formulas that you can no longer read on your chalk board of L.I.F.E.™.  Since you can’t read the formulas, you are going by memory. Sadly, your memory holds tight to the hurts and pains and the negative parts of the experiences and challenges you’ve had. You begin to interpret the formulas negatively, or worse you simply begin to hate the math. This is why you have to wipe your slate clean and start over.

Cleaning the slate means you have to wipe down your chalk board of L.I.F.E.™ and erase all the negative formulas that you keep recycling. This means you have to look at things from a different perspective and you have to look at yourself to see where you can make the necessary changes. You have to go deep within and see that until you let go of the resentment and the hurt and pain that you will never move forward in a new formula for living.

Wiping your slate clean means you simply are dumping all the old formulas. You are ready to fully let go of resentment. Let go of the hurt. Let go of the pain. Let go of the shame and guilt that continues to edge you out of living an abundant L.I.F.E.™, filled with every good thing from love to finance and everything in between. Wiping the slate means exactly that. It means you wipe out all the formulas and start over.  It means you are prepared to totally forgive and start fresh.

When you are prepared to totally start fresh you are ready to look at things differently. It means that you no longer assume that things will turn out the same way if you are around this person or that person, or that this person or that person will treat you a certain way. It means you realize that you are in control of your own experience. You don’t have to drift through your L.I.F.E.™ waiting for good things or for something to happen to or for you in order to have what you want and desire in your L.I.F.E.™. It means you are ready to stand up and wipe the slate clean and get busy living your L.I.F.E.™ for you.

By wiping the slate clean you are preparing to open your heart and allow love to freely flow through you and to you. You are releasing all the negative feelings from past relationships, hardships, pain and shame. You are prepared to totally clean the slate by releasing all the negative emotions by going deep within to identify them and isolate them so you can erase the formulas and begin to create new ones.
